1. Repair Services

For repair services, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with a repair, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your device.

Warranty Repairs

If the same issue recurs within your warranty period, we will repair it free of charge. See our Terms & Conditions for specific warranty durations.

2. Product Purchases

For products purchased from our shop:

  • New Devices: 7-day return policy for unopened items
  • Refurbished Devices: 7-day return policy with 15% restocking fee
  • Accessories: 7-day return for unopened items only

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Have no signs of physical damage or misuse
  • Be returned within the specified return window
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Software licenses and digital products
  • Opened accessories (cables, cases, screen protectors)
  • Custom-ordered parts
  • Items damaged after purchase
  • Items without original packaging

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection takes 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days

Refund Methods

  • • UPI payments: Refunded to original UPI ID
  • • Card payments: Refunded to original card
  • • Cash payments: Store credit or bank transfer

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective products within 15 days of purchase. If the same product is not available, you may choose a different product of equal or lesser value, or receive store credit for the difference.

7. Repair Dissatisfaction

If you're unsatisfied with a repair service:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your device
  • Bring the device back for re-inspection
  • We will re-repair at no additional cost if it's the same issue
  • Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion

To start a return or exchange:

  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship or bring the item to our store
  5. Await inspection and refund processing
