1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Aura Repair's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services
Aura Repair provides device repair services including but not limited to:
- Laptop screen replacement and repair
- Battery replacement
- Keyboard and trackpad repairs
- Motherboard diagnostics and repair
- Mobile device repairs
- Data recovery services
3. Repair Warranty
All repairs performed by Aura Repair come with warranty coverage:
- Screen replacements: 6 months warranty
- Battery replacements: 12 months warranty
- Keyboard/Trackpad: 6 months warranty
- Logic board repairs: 6 months warranty
- Other repairs: 3-6 months warranty (varies by service)
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by misuse after the repair.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the repair service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. A diagnostic fee may be charged for devices that are not repaired, which will be communicated before diagnostics begin.
5. Device Pickup & Delivery
Devices must be picked up within 30 days of repair completion notification. Aura Repair is not responsible for devices left unclaimed beyond 60 days. We offer pickup and delivery services within Warangal city limits for an additional fee.
6. Data Responsibility
Customers are advised to backup all data before submitting devices for repair. Aura Repair is not responsible for data loss during the repair process. We recommend removing sensitive data or providing device passcodes only when necessary for diagnostics.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aura Repair's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a repair request before work has begun at no charge. Once repair work has commenced, a cancellation fee equivalent to the diagnostic fee may apply. Completed repairs are non-refundable but are covered under warranty.
9. Modifications to Terms
Aura Repair reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
